The Project Management Fundamentals course provides students with an introduction to project management.

Entry Requirements
This is an open course with no pre-requisite qualifications. Any experience in project teams would be beneficial.
Course Content
The course covers the main topics associated with Project Management. Students will learn how to scope and plan a project, assess project risk as well as look at the softer skills of project management such as working in teams along with many other areas.
Participants will work through the project lifecycle from starting a project through to proper closure of the project. During this journey they will consider the key elements of project management.
Assessment
There is no formal assessment at the close of this course. This course is designed as an introduction to project management course.
Course dates
The course is offered on an inhouse basis for clients who require several people within their organisation to be trained. There are no public course dates at this time.
