Blue Maple is one of Australia's most successful providers of project management services. Our professional services division offers short-term consulting to assist with specific projects. We can also take a wider view of organisational maturity and how it can be improved across a program or portfolio of change initiatives.

Founded in 2002 to provide Project Management professional services, the company added training services to its offering in 2005.  These education services were initially offered under the TPG Academy brand but as of 2010 are now part of the Blue Maple product set.  The TPG Academy brand has been discontinued in Australia.

 All our services are based around best practice guides and methods such as:

• Project Management Institute's Project Management Body of Knowledge ® (PMBoK)
• Office of Government Commerce's PRINCE2 ® Methodology
• Office of Government Commerce's Managing Successful Programmes ® (MSP)
• Office of Government Commerce's Portfolio, Programme and Project Offices ® (P3O)
