Overview The Agile® Project Management course was designed for individuals who are interested in studying the Agile methodology in a classroom environment under the guidance of an experienced facilitator (a Certified Scrum Master). There are 2 levels to the Agile Project Management training certification program: Foundation and Practitioner. The Foundation level of the Agile training is conducted over 3 days while the Practitioner course runs for an additional day (4 days in total for Foundation & Practitioner Agile training). Students can choose from the following Agile Foundation and Practitioner course options:
Course Outcome The Agile Project Management course provides students with indepth knowledge and understanding on the practical application of the Agile methodology. Students will receive an Agile Project Management Practitioner certificate. Who should attend?
Entry Requirements This Agile training event is an open course with no pre-requisite qualifications. Any experience in project teams would be beneficial. Course Content The Agile Project Management course is based on the Agile Project Management Handbook using DSDM Atern to underpin the handbook. The Agile training course covers the Principles, Key Roles and Processes of a project along with how to tailor the method for a project. Participants will work through the project lifecycle from starting a project through to proper closure of the project. During this journey they will consider all key aspects of the Agile approach. Assessment To achieve the Agile Project Management qualifications, participants will need to successfully complete the relevant exams.
